Today is Day Four of Liv’s star of the week. She’s starting to tell Duncan he can’t go through the fence first on the way home – SHE is the line leader. Haha, I enjoy reminding her that Star of the Week is fun at home, but that she’s only Star of the Week ALL the time at School. Not home.

After checking the mail twice, a package arrived! The kids have been excited all week… here are some photos:

The kids are tired looking, lighting is bad… wasn’t a good day for photos, or spot I guess I should say, RIGHT by the sliding doors. Anyway, it was one of those times where we just HAD to get photos, forget the lighting. πŸ˜‰

Silly smile. πŸ™‚

Here’s Olivia re-reading the card and laughing, it’s funny to see her understand cards and humor! I always read cards to the kids but lately, Liv likes to hear it, and then re-read it herself. πŸ™‚

Here’s Duncan talking to me and putting his new Prince costume on. “Now we can play muss-a-teers Mom! With Livia!”

As the previous photo of Liv shows, my children DO wear clothes. Dunc just never keeps his on! Here he is in the rest of his Prince/Knight costume – not only is he a Prince/Knight, according to Duncan the black cape means he’s Batman!

Thanks to Grandma Bonnie and Grandpa Bill for the fun presents in the mail! The kids are really enjoying them. I didn’t get a shot of the car pillow, but Dunc (as you can see) was pretty stoked over more Prince/Knight gear. Both of them played tea set together before bed. And as for the pillow – he did take both the swords and the car pillow to bed with him tonight, so you know he likes it. πŸ™‚ If Dunc likes something, he takes it to bed with him, lol.

More tomorrow! And thanks again, Grandma and Grandpa Carnes!
